If you’re having issues launching the cheat and it’s not working in the game, or any other problems occur:

Download the Diagnostic Tool

Download Error Fix Tool

Download the diagnostic file from our secure download page.
Only download files from official sources provided in your purchase confirmation.

Run the Diagnostic

  1. Close all game-related applications
  2. Run the diagnostic tool as Administrator
  3. Wait for the scan to complete

Take a Screenshot

Once the diagnostic is complete:
  1. Press Windows + Shift + S to open the Snipping Tool
  2. Select the entire diagnostic window
  3. Save the screenshot

Submit a Support Ticket

Open a support ticket on our Discord server and send the screenshot along with:
  • Description of the issue
  • Steps you’ve already tried
  • Your system specifications
Provide as much detail as possible to help our support team resolve your issue quickly.
