Supported Launchers

Only Steam Global & China are supported.

Common Issues

Solutions:
  1. Set graphics presets to the lowest possible settings
  2. Lock in-game FPS to a stable value
  3. Recommended: 144 FPS cap + V-Sync enabled
  4. Disable Super Resolution / DLSS / FSR completely
Exception: AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 2.0 in Ultra Performance mode may work.
Solutions:
  1. Repair/verify game files in the launcher
  2. Launch the game once and reset graphics to default
  3. Restart your computer
Perform these steps in order and restart after each change:
  1. Disable HVCI (Core Isolation)
  2. Disable Microsoft Driver Blocklist
  3. Disable Local Security Authority
Install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages (both x86 and x64):After installing both, restart your PC and try again.

Final Checklist Before Starting Loader

Before contacting support, verify all of these items:

Display mode: Borderless Windowed or Windowed
Windows Defender real-time protection disabled
FACEIT AC completely uninstalled
Super Resolution / Upscaling OFF
DirectX 11 launch command set (-d3d11)
PC restarted after driver/security changes

Run the Diagnostic

  1. Close all game-related applications
  2. Run the diagnostic tool as Administrator
  3. Wait for the scan to complete

Take a Screenshot

Once the diagnostic is complete:
  1. Press Windows + Shift + S to open the Snipping Tool
  2. Select the entire diagnostic window
  3. Save the screenshot
4

Submit a Support Ticket

Open a support ticket and include:
  • Your diagnostic screenshot
  • Description of the issue
  • Steps you’ve already tried
  • Your system specifications
