Get started with your GTA V Epic Account. This guide explains how to access and secure your account.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to activate 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) on your Epic Games and Mail Platform immediately after receiving your account.If you don’t do this, you can lose the account. If you lose the account, we cannot help you and will not issue a refund.

Delivery Info

After your account has been delivered, you will receive your Account Data in one of the following formats:

Format 1: Single Password

E-Mail:Password
Example: 
abcdefg@rambler.ru:Hello123!
In this case, your Account Data is the same for all services:

Format 2: Separate Password in Parentheses

E-Mail:Password (Service Password)
Example: 
abcdefg@rambler.ru:Hello123! (Hello14455!)
The password in parentheses can be either the Epic Games or Rockstar Games password - you need to try both:

Try the password in parentheses for both Epic Games and Rockstar Games. If neither works, reset the password on both services using the mail platform.

Format 3: Separate Rockstar Password

E-Mail:Password (Rockstar-Email:Rockstar-Password)
Example: 
abcdefg@rambler.ru:Test123 (testing-example@rambler.ru:Test1723)
In this case, the credentials in parentheses () are usually the Rockstar Games credentials:

If the Rockstar credentials don’t work, try using them for Epic Games instead. If that doesn’t work either, reset the password on both services.

You can login to the Mail Platform using one of the following links depending on your email domain:

For other .ru domains

Use the email and password from your delivery to login to the mail platform. If your domain doesn’t match any of the above, try Firstmail.ltd or contact support.

First Steps After Receiving Your Account

Login to Mail Platform

First, login to the mail platform using your delivered credentials to ensure access works.

Login to Epic Games

Go to Epic Games and login with your credentials.

Enable 2FA on Epic Games

  1. Go to Account Settings → Password & Security
  2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication
  3. Choose your preferred 2FA method (Authenticator App recommended)
This step is crucial! Without 2FA, your account can be recovered by others.

Login to Rockstar Social Club

Go to Rockstar Social Club and login with your credentials.

Enable 2FA on Mail Platform

Enable 2FA on your mail platform as well for additional security.

Common Issues

Solutions:
  1. Double-check you’re using the correct mail platform (Rambler, Mail.ru, etc.)
  2. Try the other mail platforms listed above
  3. Make sure you’re using the correct password from your delivery
If none of the mail platforms work, please contact our Support.
Solutions:
  1. Make sure you’re using the correct password (check if there’s a separate Epic password in parentheses)
  2. Try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” option
  3. Check your mail platform for any verification emails
If that doesn’t work, please contact our Support.

  2. Try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” option

  2. Reset password on Epic Games first
  3. Reset password on Rockstar Social Club
  4. Check spam folder in mail platform for reset emails
If you still can’t access the account, contact our Support with your order details.

Always enable Two-Factor Authentication on Epic Games and your Mail Platform immediately.

No Refunds

If you lose access due to not enabling 2FA, we cannot help you and won’t issue refunds.

Your delivery may use different password formats. Check all variations before contacting support.
